2-1 Team Member Classification

For the purposes of this handbook, all CODE Staffing team members fall within one of the classifications below.

Full-Time Team members - Team members who regularly work at least 40 hours per week who were not hired on a short-term basis.

Part-Time Team members - Team members who regularly work fewer than 40 hours per week who were not hired on a short-term basis.

In addition to the above classifications, team members are categorized as “exempt” for purposes of federal and state wage and hour laws. Team members classified as exempt do not receive overtime pay; they generally receive the same weekly salary regardless of hours worked. The team members will be informed of these classifications upon hire and informed of any subsequent changes to the classifications.
