• Administrators will be able to enter and maintain a designated list of skills (e.g. C#, JavaScript, SQL Server, FoxPro, etc.)
• Candidates will be able to self-rate themselves on skills.
• Administrators will be able to search by skills (not just position applied for).
• Candidates will be able to enter (can be set to required) on applications:
  • Desired Salary
  • Hours/week available
  • How much notice they require (e.g. 2 weeks to notify current employer)
• Links (e.g. to their LinkedIn profile, web site, etc.)
• Ability to search on above fields, plus full time/part time, onsite/offsite.
• Ability to set certain fields as required.
• Ability to send an email to selected candidates with a click.
• Ability to send a Teams meeting invitation to a candidate with a click.

• When editing an application the Ineligible checkbox status was not saved. Fixed.
• Filter drop down lists now allow multi-selection.
• The starting date filter now defaults to 90 days ago. In the past, the system would not retrieve applications older than 90 days. Now you can use any start date.
• The end date filter was not working correctly. It sometimes allowed entries for an extra day. Fixed.
• You can now see the candidate’s address on Google Maps with a click (from the edit screen).
• Data is no longer refreshed when the edit screen is closed. The edit screen is now a popup and closing it returns you to the list of applications as you left it.

• Country, State and Ineligible columns have been added to the applicants list
• All columns can be used to sort either ascending or descending

• Filters have been moved to the column headers of the list so they can be seen and used more easily without opening a separate popup

• New security system based on roles. Currently, only users who have been marked as Administrators can log in. The roles system has been designed so that we can add more roles at a later time. This change allows lots of new features to be added, and is the defining mark of version 1.1.
• List of current roles:
  • Administrator

• All service methods validate the user's security role.
• Snackbar notifications have now been made into a global component so that loading bars are seamless and all snackbars are styled/positioned the same.
• Application addresses format appropriately based on the selected country.
