Selecting projects

To assign ClockWork tickets to projects, you will need to select the projects to appear in your User View.

Note: There are five (5) ‘Standard’ projects which appear as default projects for all users.

  1. Bereavement
  2. Holiday
  3. Jury Duty
  4. Sick Time
  5. Vacation

Projects Start

  1. Select the Menu in Clockwork
  2. Select Projects

List of Projects

  1. Press the dropdown menu for established projects and select your project

Add to Projects

  1. Press ‘Add to My Projects’

Successfully Added

  1. You have successfully added a project to your User View when you see the Project Areas appear.

Repeat steps to add additional projects.

Project in Ticket

Navigate to the Ticket window and select the project from your Project list.
