2-3 Remote Work

CODE Staffing may allow team members to work remotely if their job duties and work performance are determined to be eligible for remote work. Eligibility will be decided on a case-by-case basis by the Company. Team members also may be required to work remotely during periods of public health emergencies if government orders and mandates recommend such work.

Team members who are approved to work remotely should consult their individual agreement for specific details of their remote work arrangement, such as expected work hours, equipment provided, and other important information.

Any remote work arrangement may be discontinued by the Company at any time and at the discretion of the Company. Team members also may discontinue the arrangement but may not be guaranteed office space at the Company’s location.
